Our Mission

United by the Holy Spirit, the St. Charles Borromeo school community advocates for a child's spiritual, emotional, and cognitive development to learn, worship, and serve thy neighbor while in relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Pillars

Academic Excellence

St. Charles Borromeo school academics are formed through a Christian view of the world. This requires us to focus on discerning the truth and teaching our students how to value the truth. Our hope is that seeking the truth will empower our students to become active and well-formed citizens. Academic excellence is a pillar of the school's mission and is an integral part of the human formation of our students.

Servant Leadership

To serve one’s neighbor is a response to the call of discipleship that we have each received at Baptism. Recognizing that each human person is created in the image and likeness of God and has inherent dignity, each and every person is deserving of having their basic needs met. Service stems from first recognizing the need of a neighbor and responding. Christian service opens us up to look outward toward our brothers and sisters in Christ and, moved by the love of God, respond to our neighbors.

Spiritual Growth

Our community is animated by the power of the Holy Spirit, which gives us life in Jesus Christ. The purpose of our school is to serve the parish as a ministry of evangelization. We desire our students to be in a relationship with Jesus Christ so they can grow in their own love of God and share that love with others. The spiritual growth of our students happens through forming a life of prayer through the regular reception of the sacraments and developing a heart of virtue and love for God.
